Char-Broil has a few different series of smokers including water smokers, gas smokers and fryers, and offset smokers. The Char-Broil Offset Smoker collection includes the Silver Smoker BBQ and Grill, the American Gourmet Smoker BBQ and Grill, the Bandera Smoker, the Longhorn Smoker, and the Wild West Smoker. Smokers differ from grills in that they are closed instead of open and they operate at a lower heat level. This results in longer cooking for a more “smoked”, and less “grilled” taste.
